It is very important that one polishing cloth corresponds to one particle size of polishing liquid; it will not cause confusion in particle size, and the removal rate is consistent;
Wet the polishing cloth before use. During the polishing process, only use polishing liquid or add a very small amount of water or alcohol for cooling;
The polishing cloth with adhesive backing should be carefully and evenly adhered when pasting the disk surface, and no air (bulging) should be left;
The polishing cloth is placed flat in the storage cabinet and shelf, which makes the water filter evenly and avoids warping, while avoiding environmental dust contamination of the cloth.
Simply add purified water as a polishing medium when using. During the polishing process, the nano-coating of the polishing film will gradually release polishing particles to participate in the polishing, making the fiber end face highly smooth. The polishing film can be reused many times, but the number of times of use varies according to the type of polishing machine, polishing conditions, and polishing quality requirements.
1) Make sure that the polished fiber end face does not have any abnormal deep scratches or defects;
2) Thoroughly clean the grinding machine fixture and polishing pad and other parts, especially to ensure that the surface of the rubber pad is intact and free of foreign matter;
3) Spray an appropriate amount of pure water on the surface of the polishing pad, wipe it evenly with dust-free paper, and stick the polishing film on it immediately after the surface is dry;
4) Evenly spray a small amount of pure water on the surface of the polishing film, wipe it evenly with dust-free paper, and drive out the air under the polishing film;
5) Blow the surface of the polishing film with compressed air to remove dust or foreign matter;
6) Spray an appropriate amount of pure water evenly on the surface of the polishing film;
7) Gently place the connector fixture to make the connector end face evenly contact with the polishing film, then apply appropriate pressure, set the polishing time, and start the grinder to start polishing;
8) After the grinder stops working, carefully remove the fixture, take out the polishing film, and dry it for reuse.
